摘要
分析了4Cr5MoSiV1热作模具钢在常规热处理和细化处理时的组织情况,比较了两种工艺对其组织和性能的影响。结果表明,该钢经细化处理工艺处理后,其碳化物和晶粒得到细化,板条马氏体数量增加,从而有效地提高了其强韧性。
Microstructure of hot mold steel 4Cr5MoSiV1 through two approaches,conventional heat treatment and fined treatment, was analysed. Influences of the two approaches on microstructure and properties of 4Cr5MoSiV1 were compared. The results show that its carbonization and crystal particle fines after fined treatment process; meanwhile, the number of batten martensite increase.The obdurability of hot mold steel 4Cr5MoSiV1 is improved effectively.
