摘要
对大鼠用高剂量(50mg/kg)及低剂量(30mg/kg)丙烯酰胺染毒后,于不同时期进行神经肌电及脊髓体感诱发电位的研究,发观大鼠中毒后股四头肌出现正锐波,坐骨神经运动神经传导速度减慢,脊髓体感诱发电位观察显示腰L_5、颈髓C_7诱发电位潜时延长,脊髓传导速度减慢,并显示剂量-反应关系,与丙烯酰胺中毒的“中枢-周围性远端型轴索病”的病理改变相符。
Rats intraperitoneally injected with high dose (50mg/kg) and lower dose (30mg/ks) of acrylamide were studied by clectroneuromyography (ENMG) as well as spinal somatosensory evoked potential measurements. Positive sharp waves in femoral muscles, slowing of conduction in sciatic nerve, delayed latencies of evoked potentials recorded at L5 and C7 as well as prolongation of conduction time in spinal cord were found in the intoxicated animals, showing dose-response relationship. The results of this study are in accordance with the neuropathological evidence of a central-peripheral distal axonopathy found in acrylamide intoxicated mice.
