摘要
采用钕钇铝石榴石（Ｎｄ：ＹＡＧ）激光切除白内障翼外摘除术后的膜性后发障１０１例和后房人工晶体植人后的膜性后发障２５２例，共计３５３例。激光治疗后视力均明显提高，矫正视力≥１．０者占８２．４％，无１例＜０．５。
Nd:YAG laser treatment for 101 cases of membranous catdract after cataract extracapsular extractionand 252 cases of posterior chamber intraOcular lenses implantpd is described.After laser operation,the pa-tients visions improved significantly,i.e.in 82.4%of the patients reached≥1.0 and in no one patient was<0.5.No serious complication was observed.
