摘要
目的探讨重建钢板内固定治疗耻骨联合分离的效果.方法开放复位重建钢板内固定治疗19例耻骨联合分离患者.结果19例均恢复骨盆的完整性和稳定性.随访时间6～24个月,平均12个月,患者均恢复日常工作和生活.结论重建钢板内固定治疗耻骨联合分离是一种较理想的方法.
Objective To study the effects of reconstruction plate internal fixation for pubic symphysis separation. Methods 19 cases with pubic symphysis separation were treated by open reduction and internal fixation with reconstruction plate to reconstruct the pelvic integrity and stability. Results 19 cases were followed up for 6~24 months(mean 12 months). All recoverred daily life and work. Conclusions It is an ideal way to treat pubic symphsis separation with reconstruction plate fixation.
