摘要
目的 探讨应用桥式交叉吻合血管的皮瓣移植修复下肢严重毁损伤所致大面积软组织缺损、骨外露,免除截肢的方法。方法 临床治疗10例,切取股前外侧皮瓣与健侧足背血管吻合修复下肢严重毁损伤所致大面积软组织缺损、骨外露,对伴有血管损伤的下肢大面积软组织缺损,切取皮瓣面积为15cm×8cm ~25cm×18cm。结果 10例皮瓣全部成活, 2例发生轻度感染,经换药愈合,全部保肢成功。随访1~2年,皮瓣外观、色泽、质地良好,患肢全部恢复行走功能。结论 桥式交叉吻合血管的皮瓣移植修复下肢严重毁损伤是一种有效的方法。
Objective To explore the application of cross legs vascular anastomosed flap transplantation for severe injury of lower extremities with large soft tissue defect and bone exposure to avoid amputation. Methods 10 cases were enrolled. The anterior lateral thigh flaps were harvested to cover the soft tissue defects and bone exposure of the mangled lower extremities, and were performed vascular anastomosis with the healthy dorsal foot vessels. For those with vascular injuries, the flaps were maximal to 15 cm×8 cm^25 cm×18 cm. Results 10 flaps all survived. 2 complicated with mild infection and healed after dress changing. After 1~2 years follow-up, the flaps were found good in appearance, color and quality. Walking function recovered in all cases. Conclusions It is an effective way to repair the mangled lower extremities with cross legs vascular anastomosed flaps transplantation.
