摘要 介绍了水下开采提升用气举机电装置的工作原理,对自激振荡脉冲射流破碎器的性能、气举提升特性和临界水流速度进行了分析,并介绍了气举的应用情况。滨海砂矿开采和钻孔水力采矿的实际应用表明,脉冲射流破碎器具有很强的水下破碎和搅拌能力,大大提高了气举的工作性能,气举机电装置简单、高效、具有较高的综合技术经济性能。 An introduction was made to the operating principle and application of a airlift device used for underwater mining and lifting. The performance of the self-excited oscillation pulsed jet breaker and the airlifting characteristics and the critical water velocity of the device were discussed. The practices of offshore placer mining and down-hole hydraulic mining show that the pulsed jet breaker has a great ability of underwater breaking and agitating, greatly improving the airlift performance. The airlift device features simplicity, high efficiency and good performances in technology and economy.
