摘要
城市设计综合影响评价是作者根据城市设计专业特点,结合相关学科的研究成果,针对城市设计实践提出的一套评价体系。其基本框架包括评价指标系统和评估方法。本文在作者研究指标体系的基础上,进一步探讨城市设计综合影响评价的评估方法,这是将评价体系纳入实践的具体操作方法,是构成完整的评价体系的重要组成部分。
Based on the speciality of urban design field, the author makes use of the products of correlative fields and puts forward UDCIE (Urban Design Comprehensive Impact Evaluation) as an evaluation system for urban design practice. Its essential frame consists of indicator list and evaluating methods. After discussing evaluation indicators in former study, the author goes further on the evaluation methods of UDCIE, which is the operating technique to bring the evaluation system into practice, and also a significant part to make up of integrated system of UDCIE.
