摘要
以四氯化碳为溶剂,在室温下2-三氯乙酰基吡咯与溴进行溴代反应,通过控制反应物的物质的量比,方便地合成了4-溴-2-三氯乙酰基吡咯和4,5-二溴-2-三氯乙酰基吡咯等4种溴代产物,产率为90.5%-92.6%。以1HNMR、IR、MS和元素分析对目标产物的结构进行了表征。
By controlling the reactants' molar ratio, four bromo-derivatives including 4-bromo-2-trichloroacetylpyrrole and 4,5-dibromo-2-trichloroacetylpyrrole were synthesized from 2-trichloroacetylpyrrole and bromine in carbon tetrachloride under room temperature.The yields were 90.5%-90.6% respectively. The structures of target compounds were characterized by IR, 1HNMR and MS.
