政府监管市场化,是指进一步放松政府管制,还权于市场,让市场承担更多的自我管理职能。证券市场政府监管市场化的途径与基本思路是进一步取消行政审批项目、强化中介机构自律、充分发挥自律监管机制的作用。
To marketalize government supervision means deregulat io n in a further way, return the power to market, and let the market assume the ta sk of self-administration. The method and basic idea of marketalizing the gover nment supervision on securities market is to further abolish administrative app roval programs, strengthen the self-discipline of intermediaries, and give full play of the self-governance mechanism.
