摘要
邓小平人才资源管理思想是邓小平理论的重要组成部分。本文论述了邓小平关于人才总体性开发、人才结构配置、人才环境优化等管理思想,以及我国人才人事工作努力实践邓小平人才资源管理思想取得的巨大成就。
The thought of talent resource management is an important part of Deng Xiaoping's theory. This paper discusses Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent resource management concerning about comprehensive development of talent resources, structural arrangement of talent and environmental optimization of talent. And it expounds upon the great achievements in the process of practicing Deng Xiaoping's thought of talent resource management in the new period.
