摘要
对茂名市两个污染区和对照区共239名11~13岁小学生进行肺功能测定。结果指出污染区Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组小学生的FVC、FEV_1及Ⅰ组的PEF、V_(76)和V_(25)异常率显著高于对照组。Ⅱ组FVC、FEV_1、PEF和V_(25)的异常率也高于Ⅰ组。这种现象与学生家庭成员吸烟因素无关,与茂名市大气污染,特别与SO_2和IP浓度有关。
239 children in primary school were selected in Mao Ming city. They were divided into three groups, i.e. group Ⅰ and Ⅱ in polluted areas and control group in clean area. Forced expirative curve and maximum expirative flow-volume curve of them were measured. The results showed that pulmonary function of children declined in polluted areas. The abnormality ratio of FVC and FEV, in group Ⅰ and Ⅱ and PEF, V_(75) and V_(25) in group Ⅱ were significantly higher than those in the control group. In addition, the abnormality ratio of FVC, FEV_1, PEF and V_(25) in group Ⅱ were also higher than those in group Ⅰ. These findings did not seem to be related to passive smoking in children's home, but to the air pollution in Mao Ming city, especially the concentration of SO_2 and IP.
