摘要 橡胶是燃料在贮存和使用过程中会接触到的材料。高密度喷气燃料HDF 1是一种合成的燃料,使用时,涉及橡胶与燃料的相容性。采用升温加速氧化的方法,考察了常用橡胶材料与燃料HDF 1的相容性,结果表明燃料HDF 1使丁腈胶4170和5171的物理性能变差,对G402胶影响很小;使用丁腈胶对燃料HDF 1化学安定性负面影响较大。 High-density jet fuel HDF-1 is a synthesized fuel, the compatibility of fuel HDF-1 with rubbers must be investigated for its further storage, transport and using.The compatibility of rubbers with fuel HDF-1 was studied by using accelerated method in which HDF-1 was stressed with rubbers under high temperature.The results show that fuel HDF-1 has unfavorable influence on prosperities of acrylonitrile-butadiene 4170 and 5171,but very little influence on G402 rubber,and that acrylonitrile-butadiene rubbers have bad influence on chemical stability of HDF-1.
