摘要
本文以如何控制工程造价、降低油田建设成本、提高油田经济效益为重点,站在油公司的角度,主要阐述了海上自营油(气)田设施建设投资概、预算的内容、编制程序及控制投资的措施。
Upholding the stand of oil company and taking the economic benefit as the key point , the way of controlling the engi-neering and field construction cost is introduced. The contents of budgetary estimate and budget for offshore self-funded oil/gas fields and measures for compiling and controlling the investment are discussed.
