"城市经营"是研究"经营城市"的科学,是建立在政府角色的历史演进、经济人假设以及政府与市场的关系等理论基础之上的。城市经营主要有:规划先行,加快政府职能转变,树立城市财政经营理念,大力开展项目融资,经营好城市土地,经营好城市文化资源,构建有效的城市经营决策机制等。
Urban management is studied on the basis of theories on the historical evolution of governments' roles and the relationship between government and market.Urban management involves the following:planning in advance,speeding up change of government's functions,establishing ideas on urban financial and economic management,managing successfully urban land and cultural resources as well as constructing effective urban management policy-making body.
