摘要
目的 建立HPLC法测定咽炎滴鼻剂中醋酸可的松含量。方法 以十八烷基硅烷键合硅胶为填充剂,甲醇水(6 5∶35 )为流动相,检测波长2 38nm。结果 醋酸可的松在0 .0 6～0 .16mg·ml-1范围内线性关系良好;9次测定的平均回收率为10 0 .7% ,RSD为0 .6 0 %。结论 本法可用于测定咽炎滴鼻剂中醋酸可的松的含量,控制质量。
Aim To establish an HPLC method for determination of co rtisone acetate in Pharyngitis Nasal Drops.Method The assay was conducted on a NULA-C 18(150×4.6mm) column with methonal–water(65∶35) a s mobil phase.The detection wavelength was 238nm.Results Satis factory linearity and accuracy were obtained with the recovery(n=9)100.7%( RSD=0.60%).Conclusion The HPLC method can be used for determ ination of cortisone acetate in Pharyngitis Nasal Drops.
