摘要
针对工程量清单计价中出现的实际问题,分析了FIDIC合同条件下工程量清单的特点和功用,研究了工程量清单与合同类型、与合同内容的关系问题,提出了解决问题的建议。
The characteristics and functions of Bill of Quantities are analyzed based on the problems in the execution of Bill of Quantities Pricing Code for Construction Project and FIDIC conditions. The relations between Bill of Quantities and the types and contents of construction contracts are investigated. The ways and methods to solve the problems are presented.
