摘要
作为文人的陈独秀 ,堪称博学鸿儒 ,多才多艺。本文更看中其于文化的内修与外铄 :内修表现为学而不厌的文化追寻 ,外铄则指其诲人不倦的文化启蒙。这两者是相辅相成 ,相得益彰 ,甚至是互为因果的。然两者皆以科学。
As a man of letters, CHEN Du-xu can be praised as an encyclopedic talent, this paper tries to emphasize his self-cultivation and outward inflencing. What we mean by self-cultivation is that his indefatigable cultural quest, outward influencing is his tireless spirit in cultrual enlightenment. These two sides are indespensible and independently improved. The science and democracy are the soul in both of them.
