摘要
以CH2(COOEt)2为原料,经烷基化、还原、磺酰化、环化、水解和脱羧溴置换六步反应,合成了烃基为苯基、正丁基和乙基的三种1,1二溴3烃基环丁烷化合物。结果表明合成操作简便,条件易控制、提出的合成路线可行。
The synthesis of cyclobutane derivatives including 1,1-dibromo-3-phenylcyclobutane, 1,1-dibromo-3-ethylcyclobutane and 1,1-dibromo-3-ethylcyclobutane was studied in this paper. The synthesis routes involves such reactions as alkylation of diethyl malonate, reduction of ester, sulfonylation of alcohol, cyclization of sulfonylate and diethyl malonate, hydrolysis of ester and substitution of carboxyl group with bromine. The results show that the suggested synthesis method is simple, convenient and feasible to control in operation and the total yield is in an acceptable level.
