摘要
本文采用分布参数法对湿工况下冷却空气型干式蒸发器盘管进行了数值模拟,在空气相对湿度从15 %到85 %的变化范围内分析了反映蒸发器盘管性能的各种参数的变化规律。研究表明,空气相对湿度对蒸发器盘管的换热性能影响很大。当空气相对湿度高于6 8.1%时,蒸发器潜热吸热量将大于显热吸热量,送风温度升高。本文提出了优化蒸发器盘管换热性能的一些措施,在压降的约束条件下。
In this paper, a distributed parameter model for predicting air-cooling dry evaporator coil is derived. The model uses numerical method to analyze the regulation of many parameters which reflect the performance of evaporator coil under diverse relative humidity ranging from 15% to 85%. The study shows that the air relative humidity significantly affects the performance of the evaporator coil. When the relative humidity of inflow air is greater than 68.1%, the latent cooling load will be more than the sensible cooling load, and outflow air temperature will rise. Furthermore, some measures are developed to optimize the total performance of evaporator coil. To properly change the refrigerant mass flow rate could reach the optimum solution of coil performance with constraint condition of pressure drop.
