本文阐述了在信息日益发展的条件下培养信息能力的重要性,强调了高等学校图书馆在培养大学生信息能力方面占有的重要位置和肩负的责任,分析了高校图书馆自身具有的有利条件和在培养信息能力途径上可以采取的具体措施。
The paper dwells on the importance of promoting the students' ability in the use of information and stresses the important position and duty of college library in the promotion of the students' ability in the field. The library should make use of its advantages and adopt effective measures for the purpose.
