摘要
用20#圆钢制做锻件是生产中非常常见的热加工方式,而且,锻件的热加工工艺也不复杂。但是,如果一味的追求生产效率、追求节能降耗,不注意按生产工艺生产,会导致批量的不合格产品出现。本文针对20#圆钢所产生的冲击值偏低而进行了综合分析和研究,并提出了改进建议。
The making forges is the most familiar hot process method by 20~# round steel,furthermore,the hot process is not complexity for forges.But,If concentrate on production efficiency and energy saving,and don't produce according to produce technology, it will lead to appearance of numbers of damaged article. This paper discusses in impact value lower reason for the 20# forges, and put forward improvement suggestion.
