摘要
目的探讨一种简单、有效、安全、成功率高而又能保留生育功能的异位妊娠的药物治疗方法。方法63例患者用甲氨蝶呤(MTX)75mgim、3天重注1次,米非司酮50mgtid口服共2天,中药每天一剂,共4天,联合治疗,1周后视HCG(绒毛膜促性腺激素)下降情况分别停药和调整中药,直至正常。结果发现三种药物联合应用疗效好,成功率高85.7%(54/63),且中药有活务化瘀促进妊娠包块吸收及减少盆腔粘连作用。结论异位妊娠包块直径在300cm以下本法疗效显著、输卵管复通率高、特别适宜需生育的患者。
Objective To seek a simple, safe and efficient method to cure the entopic pregnancy and preserve fertility.Methods Methotrexate(MTX) Chinese recipe and Mirepriston are used in 63 cases of ectopic pregnancies. One week later, we modify the dosage according to the level of HCG.Results To observe that the combination of 3 kinds of drugs are efficient and useful. The Chinese recipe is good for increasing circulation and absorb volume of adnexal mass of ectopic pregnancy .The Chinese can decrease pelvic adhesion, too.Conclusion If the diameter of volume of adnexal mass of ectopic pregnancy is smaller than 3cm,the therapy is suitable.The rate of recanalization of the fallopian tutbe is high. The therapy is good for the cases which need preservation of fertility.
