摘要 目的:观察脑胶质瘤患者手术前后免疫功能的改变。方法:用单克隆抗体玫瑰花试验(直接法)测定CD3,CD4,CD8,用单向免疫扩散法测定血清中IgG,IgM及IgA的含量。结果:脑胶质瘤患者术前CD3和CD4以及CD4/CD8均低于对照组患者,术后第1d进一步下降,术后第7d恢复到术前水平,术后第14d较术前有所上升但仍略低于对照组。脑胶质瘤患者术前血清免疫球蛋白水平与对照组无明显差异,术后第1,7dIgG下降,术后第14d恢复到术前水平,另两种免疫球蛋白则在手术前后无明显变化。结论:脑胶质瘤患者免疫功能明显降低,以细胞免疫更明显;术后1周内免疫功能仍未恢复。 Objective To observe the changes in immune functions of pre- and post-operative patients with brain gliomas. Methods The subpopulation of T lymphocytes in serum from pre- and post-operative patients with brain gliomas were measured using CD3, CD4, and CD8 monoclonal antibodies. The serum immunoglobulins IgG, IgA, and IgM from the patients were measured with single immunodiffusion assay. Results The CD3cells, CD4cells, and CD4/CD8ratio in serum from pre-operative patients with brain gliomas were decreased significantly compared with those of control group, and recovered in 14th day after glioma removal. The serum IgG level didn't show difference between the patients in the two groups, but was decreased in the first and seventh day after operation, while their serum IgA and IgM levels were unchanged. Conclusion The immune functions, especially the cellular immunity, of patients with brain gliomas are decreased significantly, and can't recover during the first week after operation.
