摘要
学习仍旧是大学生的主要任务和主要活动方式,但是大学生对学习的态度却不像中学时那样重视了,在学习的过程中也很难象中学时那样注意力集中了。因此由学习引发的焦虑现象日益普遍、日益严重,这一问题直接影响着大学生身心的健康成长和未来人才的质量水平。因此教育中必须意识到这一问题的严重性和紧迫性。探讨学习焦虑产生的根源,采取相应的教育措施,将学习焦虑变为学习动力,促使学生健康成长。
study is the main tast and actitivity of undergraduates, however, they don't attach importance to study as much as in high school.Thus the phenomenon and serious,which directly influences the healthy growth, and physically mentally, of undergraduates,and the quality level of the coming talents.Therefore the first step is to realize the seriousness and urgency of the phenormenon, then inqure into the social causes of study tensions, and then take suitable educational measures to change study tensions into study force and make undergraduatas grow heathily.
