摘要
从观念更新、体制创新、赛制改革、社会力量培养等方面,对我国竞技体育体制的改革及其全面走向社会化问题进行了前期研究。认为建立和形成以协会管理为主体、多种管理主体并存、业余与职业相衔接的具有中国特色的竞技体育体制,是推动我国竞技体育可持续发展的重要理论线索。
Research about the competitive sports system reform of China and socialization in an all-round way were analyzed from aspects such as idea renewal,(system) innovation,competition system reform,social forces cultivation and so on. To establish and form the competitive sports system with the Chinese characteristics,priority should be given to the association management. Existence of several management subjects should be allowed and amateur sports with professional sports should be combined. It was hoped to be an important theoretical clue of pursuing the sustainable (development) of Chinese competitive sports.
