小麦的根系分泌物及典型分泌物间甲酚的化感作用研究 被引量:19

摘要 运用二氯甲烷分离提取了小麦水培幼苗的根系分泌物,并用气相色谱和质谱联用技术(GC-MS)进行了鉴定,对主要分泌物间甲酚的生物学效应进行了测试.结果表明,小麦根系分泌物二氯甲烷提取物主要包括氨基酸、有机酸、醇、脂、酮、醛、酚、苯、烃类、吲哚、噻唑等物质;高浓度的间甲酚对砂培作物幼苗芽干重的抑制作用大于对根干重的抑制,但土培条件下根干重受抑程度大于地上干物重;间甲酚在土壤基质中的界限浓度范围为150×10-300×10-6mol/kg土. Root exudates of wheat seedlings cultured for 45 days were extracted by dichloromethane, then identified by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS), and the bio-characteristics of typical exudation 3-methyl-phenol were tested through germination experiment and soil plant experiment. The main results were: root exudates of wheat mainly include amino acid, organic acid, alcohol, ester, acetone, aldehyde, phenol, benzene, indole, rhiazole et ol\ 3-methyl-phenol was one kind of allelochemical which showed stronger allelopathic effect on other crops than on itself and, at high concentrations, 3-methyl-phenol prohibited the dry shoot weight of the seedlings planted in sand more seriously than to the dry root weight, but the roots of crops planted in soil were more sensitive to high concentration 3-methyl-phenol; the threshold concentration of 3-methyl-phenol in soil is in the range of 150×10-6 mol/kg to 300×10-6 mol/kg.
