摘要
通过收集小肠各段中含有外源指示剂的食糜,同时比较肝门静脉血浆中的锰含量,以揭示不同形态锰源对正常生理状态下肉仔鸡饲粮中锰吸收的影响的差异。结果表明,收集食糜的平衡试验法不宜用于微量元素吸收率的定量研究;肉仔鸡对络合的有机态锰的吸收明显高于无机形态锰;且强络合强度的有机锰的吸收明显高于中等络合强度的有机锰。
In this study,the chymes in different intestinal segments were collected to determine the absorption percentages of Mn in diets by using exogenous indicator (Cr_2O_3), and the contents of Mn in plasma from portal vein were analyzed simultaneously to investigate the effect of organic manganese on the absorption of Mn in broilers under normal physiological state. There were four treatment groups, which were Mn-unsupplemented control, MnSO_4, Mn-AA(A) and Mn-AA(B) group,with a total of 192 male broilers at the age of 14 day-old being randomly allotted to one of the four treatments for eight replicates of six birds each. The results indicated that the balance experiment collecting chymes was not suitable to determine the absorption percentages of the minerals quantitatively. The absorption of manganese for broilers fed with ‘complexed’ organic manganese was much higher than that for broilers fed with inorganic manganese. The absorption of manganese for broilers fed with organic manganese with strong complex strength was higher than that with moderate one.
