摘要
以美国玉米带杂交种3163为基础材料,利用南北穿梭同步定向育种新方法,在选育自交系K236的同时,用自交系48 2作测验种进行早代测定,仅用5年时间育成了玉米新杂交种正红2号。该组合是四川省"十五"期间育成的第一个比新对照川单15号增产10%以上的玉米突破性杂交种,并具有穗大粒多,综合品质优,抗病、抗倒、耐粗放种植,株型好和适应性广等特点,为西南丘陵山区玉米提供了理想的接班品种。
Within 5 years by using the hybrid 3163 from the U.S. Corn Belt as source population through a novel method of synchronous directive shuttle breeding (SDSB) between North and South,a new maize hybrid Zhenghong 2 was developed by early generation test with the inbred line 48-2 as tester,and an inbred line K236 was bred at the same time.Zhenghong 2, which was the first breakthrough maize hybrid with over 10 % yield increase compared with new Check Chuandan15 during Sichuan Tenth-five-year Plan, had the characteristics of the large ear with more kernels, quality grains, multi-resistances to diseases and lodgings, tolerance to poor soils, accepted ideal type and wide adaptation.
