摘要
因经济建设的快速发展和建设管理的相对滞后,我国许多地方出现了大量未经正式报建的建设工程。在处理这类建筑时,因量大面广难以按现行规范进行检测鉴定,本文通过对这类建筑的质量确认性检测鉴定技术研究,提出了处理此类建筑切实可行的方法。
There are a lot of existing buildings with no official construction permission in china due to the incompatibility between the rapid development of economy and slow improvement of construction administration. It is difficult to conduct test and appraisal in accordance with the present codes and standards due to the large quantity. This paper provides applicable methods through study on the quality test & appraisal technologies of these buildings.
