摘要
本文介绍了由作者开发的通用电力电于系统仿真软件ZUPESS及其在斩波牵引系统的应用。由于斩波牵引系统惯性大,起动过程极长而斩波频率一般较高,如果采用二值开关模型模拟斩波器,仿真系统的起动过程需要较长的计算时间,仿真效率很低。为此我们提出了多级模型的仿真方法,即采用状态平均模型和开关模型相结合的多级模型,使仿真在保证应有精度的条件下具有较快速度、较高效率。
In this paper a newly developed simulation package ZUPESS and its application to chopper traction system is discussed. In principle, with the switch model for a chopper and an improved DC motor model, which can be expressed entirely, by circuit elements the ZUPESS can be used to simulate all operation conditions of the chopper traction system. However,due to its very large machanical inertia the dynamic process of a traction system is very long, and if the chopper is operated with relatively high frequency to reduce current ripple and minimize choke size, the time step adopted for simulation should be very small.Therefore the simulation efficiency is very low. To overcome the difficulty a multi-level model method with both saute average model and switch model is proposed. Application of the hate average method to the traction system is discussed in detail and the simulation results are compered with experiments. It is shown that the model proposed is efficient with satisfsctory accuracy.
