摘要
目的:研究吴茱萸炮制的最佳工艺。方法:通过正交试验法,用高效液本色谱法测定吴茱萸碱及吴茱萸次碱的含量作为考察指标。结果:优选出最佳炮制工艺为:烤制时间80min,烤制温度100℃,放置厚度1cm。结论:本方法可用于吴茱萸的炮制。
To study the best technics for preparing evodia rutaecarpa. Method: Through orthogonal design, using HPLC to determinate the content of Evodiamine and Rutaecarpine as the investigative target. Result: The best preparative technics was satisfied with some conditions as follows: its baking time was 80min, baking temperature: 100℃, placed thickness was 1cm. Conclusion: The method could be applied to prepare Evodia rutaecarpa.
