摘要
综述了主动脉内球囊反搏术的内科临床应用情况、参数的选择、并发症及护理,强调应重视反搏效果的观察,做好心电图及足背动脉监测。
It reviewed the clinical application, selection of parameter, complications and nursing care of patients accepted intra-aortic balloon pumping in internal medicine department. It emphasized that one should pay attention to both observation the counterpulsation effect and monitoring of electrocardiogram and dorsal artery of the foot.
