摘要
为了探索双螺旋辊式磨浆机筒体离心铸造工艺对铸件质量的影响,利用电子显微镜及力学性能检测对双螺旋辊式磨浆机套筒进行了分析,结合生产实际,优化了离心铸造工艺,给出了离心铸造工艺对双螺旋辊式磨浆机套筒组织、性能的影响规律.结果表明:在铸型转速为1350r/min、涂料厚度2.5mm、浇注温度1400℃及模温为400℃时铸件综合性能最好;离心铸造后晶粒细小,碳化物是沿着固定的方向定向生长,碳化物以棒状垂直于铸件表面分布;通过断口扫描分析,铸件韧性有很大程度的提高;离心铸造使硬度与耐磨性有明显提高.
For exploring the centrifugal casting technology of double spiral roller grinded-paste machine to the influences on the surface quality of castings, this thesis analyzes the barrel of double spiral roller grinded-paste machine by making use of electron microscope and mechanics capability measure, combine reality of producing, optimize the centrifugal casting technology, and give influence rule of he centrifugal casting machine to materials organization and ability of the barrel of double spiral roller grinded-paste machine. The result shows: ability of castings is best when rotate speed of mold is Rpm 1350,thickness of coating is 2.5 mm,casting temperature is 1400℃and mold temperature is 400℃; Organization of centrifugal casting get thinning and present orientation growing, dense of organization raise a lot than ordinary sand mould casting, scanned by the fracture and found out that the toughness of the casting is improve a lot. Harding and wearing of castings are raised.
