摘要
目的探讨头颈部神经鞘瘤的临床特征、诊断和治疗。方法18例均行手术治疗。其中颈侧入路切除肿瘤者14例,经口径路切除肿瘤者3例,1例面神经鞘瘤经乳突根治径路切除。结果12例随访6个月至5年,均无复发,2例术后出现声嘶。结论神经鞘瘤须依靠病理确定诊断,应手术完整摘除,以避免并发症发生。
Objective To explore the clinical features,diagnosis and treatment of neurolemmoma in the head and neck. Methods Among all 18 cases,14 cases of neurolemmoma in the neck were treated by the lateral pharyngotomy and 3 cases by mouth,1 case of facial neurolemmoma was resected by radical mastoidectomy.Results 12 cases were followed up from 6 months to 5 years and all cases did not recurre.2 case developed hoarseness.Conclusion Diagnosis of neurolemoma in head and neck is based on pathological examination. Rational surgical treatment are needed as possible as to avoid severe complications.
