摘要
以二机架连轧为基础,根据H型钢连轧装置的系统模型和张力模型,采用模糊PID的变形结构控制器,实现无张力控制或微张力控制。仿真结果表明,该控制方法比传统PID控制更好的改善了系统的动态性能,提高了稳态精度。
Based on the model of the drive system and the tension model,a fuzzy PID controller for a two-stand continuous rolling is propased. Simulation show that this control method can improve the system's dynamical performance and its static accuracy in comparison with the traditional PID control.
