摘要
目的 观察苯扎贝特治疗肾病综合症,高血脂症的疗效。方法 60例患者随机分为两组, 30例行常规治疗, 30例在常规治疗的基础上加用苯扎贝特0. 2g每日三次,疗程8周,服药前及服药后测定血脂。结果 治疗组服药后总胆固醇(TC),三酰甘油(TG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL C)降低的有效率分别为83. 33%, 90. 00%, 85. 00%,提高高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL- C)的有效率为80. 95%,尿蛋白降低有显著性。结论 苯扎贝特能有效改善肾病综合症的各项血脂指标,减少尿蛋白,升高血浆白蛋白,提高肾病综合症的缓解率,使用安全。
OBJECTIVE To observe the effect of bezaf ibrate tablets to treat hyperlipidemia in nephrotic syndrome patients.METHOD 60 cases of nephrotic syndrome patients were divided int o two groups randomly, of which 30 cases were treated by routine methods, while the other 30 cases of patents were adding bezafibrate tablets 0.2g(p.o. tid) for 8 weeks on the base of routine treatment, the blood lipids of patients at p re-and post-treatment were examed.RESULTS TC, TG, LDL-C were decreased 83.33%, 90.2% and 85.00%, respectively while HDL-C was increased 80.95% and the urinic prote in was signiticantly dereased in the treatmant group.CONCLUSION Bezafibrate tablets may effectivly improve the stand ards of every issues of heamolipids, decreasing urinic protein, increasing serum albumin and the cure rate of nephritic syndrome with administration safety.
