摘要
中医五运六气学说,开了医学气象学先河。运用五运六气理论解析乙酉年运气规律,推测乙酉年气候变化情况及其与疾病发生的关系,以探寻运气学说的科学依据。乙酉年为太一天符年,全年气候以热、燥、火盛行为主,气候反常且变化大。其病多累及肺、肝、心三脏,症见咳、喘、鼽衄、胁痛、目赤、口疮、心痛、寒热如疟、谵妄、暴仆等症状。依现代医学疾病命名法论,则易发流脑、乙脑、呼吸道感染、急性肝炎、流行性结合膜炎、中风、冠心病等疾病。
It means the beginning of the meteorology of medicine of the appearance of the theory of five circuit phases and six atmospheric influences.Apply it to analyze the law of luck in Yiyou year,and infer the variations of climate and relation between it and the occurring of diease,so as to probe into the scientific basis of the theory.Yiyou year is Tai Yi Tian Fu year.So heat,dryness and fire is current in most time of the year.The climate is abnormal and vary largely.So the diease commonly involve lung.Liver and heart.It's symptoms are that,such as coughing dyspnea,non traamatic pain,hypochon drum pain,conjunctival congestion,ephtha,epigastric pain.Cold and heat like malaria.Delirium,sudden syncope.According to modern medical naming system,it is likely to occur the diease,such as epidemic cerebrospinal meningitis,Epidemic encephalitisB,respiratory tract infection,Acute hepatitis,Epidemic conjunctivitis,apoplexy,coronary heart diease.
