摘要
本文选择了胃癌、胃溃疡及正常对照共58例作为观测对象,测定其血液和胃粘膜组织脂质过氧化物(LPO)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)含量的变化.结果表明,血浆和组织LPO值胃溃疡>胃癌>正常;血浆SOD值胃溃疡<胃癌<正常;组织SOD值则胃癌>正常>胃溃疡。同一病例LPO值癌组织<癌旁组织,溃疡区>溃疡旁组织;SOD癌组织>癌旁组织,溃疡区则<溃疡旁组织.结果提示,胃癌病人血浆及组织LPO增高,但没有胃溃疡明显,而SOD值血浆值低于正常组而高于胃溃疡组,组织值甚至高于正常组,反映了癌症病人体内自由基产生与清除失去平衡,尤其是癌组织SOD增高可能是癌细胞产生大量免疫学性质改变了的SOD.
Lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) in blood plasma and gastric mucosa were measured in 58 cases including gastric cancer(GC),gastric ulcer (GU) and healthy controls. The results showed that the level of LPO in the patient with GU was in turns greater than those of the patients with GC and of the controls in both plasma and gastric mucosa,the level of SOD in the patients of GU was in turns lower than those of the patients with GC and of the controls in plasma,furthmore,in the patients of GC SOD was in turns greater than in the GU and controls. In one patient,LPO in the mucosal tissue of GC was lower,and SOD was greater than in the mucosa of neighboring region of cancer;LPO in the mucosal of the of the GU was greater,and SOD was lower than those in the mucosa of neighboring region of ulcer. It was suggested that LPO in the plasma and tissue of the patients with GC was increased,but it was less obvious than in the patients of GU;SOD in the patients with GC was lower than in the control and higher in the GU in plasma,but it was even greater than in the control in the tissue. From these results it is concluded that free radial developed and eliminated is not balance in the body of cancer,especially increasing SOD in cancer tissue may be changed SOD in immune quality produced by cancer tissue greatly. Thus,it is helpful to explore changing regularity of tumor in growing and developing that distribution of SOD and LPO were further studied in cancer tisssue.
