摘要
党的十六大明确提出的"两个先锋队"是对中国共产党自始就不仅代表工人阶级和劳动人民的利益,而且代表整个中华民族的利益的概括,十六大进一步回应了历史发展的现实和时代的崭新要求,与统一战线一样,生动说明中国共产党代表最广大人民的根本利益。但是,"两个先锋队"的提出并不意味着中国共产党要变成一个统一战线的组织。
The conception of 'two vanguard brigades'is put forward definitely at the 16th Congress of the CPC . The CPC represents the benefits of not only the working class and laboring people, but the ethnic groups of the Chinese nation. This notion further responds to the actuality of the historic development and the new requirements of the age. Just as the united front, 'two vanguard brigades' accounts for vividly that Communist Party of China represents the most majority people of China. But, putting forward the concept of 'two vanguard brigades' does not mean that CPC prefers to become an organization of united front.
