摘要
论述了扩大信息采访渠道、提高信息存取和服务能力等高校图书馆的信息资源策略,阐述了个性化和特色服务的信息服务理念,提出了图书馆4种信息技术和人力资源可持续发展对策。
Information resource strategy of university library including widening information-collecting channel and improving ability of information keeping, using and service is presented, and the information service conception including individualized and featured service is expounded. Eventually four sorts of information technology and the countermeasures for human resource sustainable development in the library are discussed.
