低渗油藏高压充填防砂技术研究

摘要 高压充填防砂是以砂防砂的油水井防砂工艺技术,携砂液在高压作用下进入地层,在油层形成稳定的砂桥,阻挡低渗透储层疏松砂岩随油水进入井筒,形成砂埋或者砂卡,从而提高防砂效果,延长油水井作业周期。通过在孤岛油田的现场实施,该项技术见到了良好的效果,具有一定的推广价值。 The high pressure filling of sand is a sanding prevention technique for water injection and oil well, a process that sands are penetrated into the formation together with the high pressure injection fluid, and so as to forming stable sand bridge to prevent the loose sands in the low permeability formation from entering the pipe The artificial sand bury or sand wall may improve the sanding prevention effect and therefore prolong the roll over cycle This technique has been applied in the field such as Gudao oil field and so on with good performance and worth being prompted
