摘要
本文观察了肾上腺素诱导的全血血小板聚集活性和心功能指标的关系。结果表明：血小板聚集性和每搏输出量（ＳＶ）呈非常显著负相关（Ｐ＜０．００１），和射血前期／左室射血时间（ＰＥＰ／ＬＶＥＴ、等容收缩期／左室射血时间（ＩＣＴ／ＬＶＥＴ）呈显著正相关（Ｐ＜０．００２），与心舒早期功能指标无显著相关。因此，监测血小板聚集性的动态变化对了解心脏收缩功能和预报心肌梗塞、心性猝死发生的危险性具有一定的临床价值。
Correlation of whole blood platelet aggregation induced by epinephrine withcardiac function was reported.The results showed that activities of platelet aggregation wasnegatively correlated with stroke volume (P<0.001)very significantly and positively cor-related with ratios of isovolumic contraction time/left ventricular ejection time(ICT/LVET)and pre-ejection period/left ventricular ejection time(PEP/LVET)(P<0.002),significantly and not correlated with early diastolic function.These results suggested thatobservation of dynamic changes of platelet aggregation might be very important in knowingsystolic function and in predication of myocardial infarction or cardiac sudden death.
