摘要
3个月及18个月大鼠各10只闭塞单侧大脑中动脉后3小时其心肌组织病理学、超微结构,N-乙酰-β-D氨基葡萄糖苷酶活性(NAGase)、超氧化物歧化酶活性(SOD)和过氧化脂质代谢产物丙二醛含量(MDA)、外周血血小板聚集度等变化的比较发现:老年大鼠的心肌改变程度比成年大鼠明显,表现为心肌组织点状坏死灶,线粒体肿胀,部分嵴排列不规则,NAG_ase活性增高,SOD水平下降,MDA含量升高,血小板解聚度降低等。提示老年大鼠脑卒中发生后可致心肌组织损伤。
The aim was to confirm the effects of cerebral ischemia on myocardium in different month-age rats.40 rats each in 18-24 months age and 3-4 months-age group were divided further into the cerebral ischemic group and control group. The cerebral ische- mic model were established by catheterization of left middle cerebral artery. Three hours after cerebral isckemia,pathology,SOD,MDA,NAGase,platelet gather forces and cerebral ischemic sizes were examined.The results showed that after cerebral ischemia,all index showed unusual changes. But the degree of damage in the old age group was far more serious than that of the adult group.It appeared that pathologic damage severes,SOD level decreased,MDA content increased,NAGase activiy going up,platelet releasing forces redu-ced and so on. It was suggested that after cerebral ischemia the myocardium damages in old rats was more serious.
