电离辐射对大鼠胃肠D细胞数量及胃肠和下丘脑生长抑素含量的影响

摘要 本文用免疫细胞化学(ICC)方法对4Gy、8Gy ̄60Cor线一次全身照射后大鼠胃窦和十二指肠生长抑素(SS)免疫反应性内分泌细胞(D细胞)作了动态半定量分析,用放射免疫测定(RIA)技术对胃窦、十二指肠和下丘脑SS含量作了动态定量分析。结果发现:受照射后各时点胃肠道D细胞数目均有增加;胃肠和下丘脑组织中SS含量均有增高趋势。二者增高的峰值均出现于照后第1天。结合SS的生理功能和D细胞数目及SS含量的变化规律,作者推测上述改变属机体的应激反应,可能具有抗放射损伤意义。 The dynamic semiquantitative analysis of somatostatin(SS)immunoreactiveendocrine cellsD-cells)in the rat pyloric antrum and duodenum after a single whole-body irradiation Of 4 Gy and 8 Gy  ̄60Co γ-ray was studicd by using immunocytochemis-try(ICC ) metho Thedynamic quantitative analysis of SS levels in the GI tract and inhypothalalmus were studied by using radioimmunoassay(RIA ) method.The results wereasfollows :The D-cell count in the GI tract of irradiated groups increased to various degreescomparing withthe control group,and the SS level of the GI tract and hypothalamus ofirradiated rats, had an increasing tendency.Relating the physiologic functions to the chang-trends of D-cell count and SS levels,it was suggested that the stress reaction might playan important role against radiation injuty.
