摘要
对中国足球运动发展的历史进行了简单回顾,分析了目前职业足球俱乐部后备人才培养的现状和存在的 问题,提出作者的若干对策与建议。
After reviewing the history of the football development in China,the author of this paper analyzes the current status of the cultivation for the talents reserve of professional football clubs and problems and proposes several suggestions and solutions of his own.
