摘要
采用因子分析方法,分析影响中国大学生男子篮球超级联赛各参赛球队培养的因素。将影响因素分为5个 因子:领导体制因子、人才因子、物质保障因子、训练因子、竞赛体制因子,通过数据分析发现其中存在问题,并有针 对性的提出一些建议。
The author of this paper tries to analyze factors that influence the nurturing of all basketball teams for the Chinese League of Men's Basketball for Undergraduates by the method of factor analysis. These factors are summarized as the following 5: the factor of leadership system, the factor for talents, the factor of logistic guarantee, the training factor and the factor of competitive system. Through data analysis, some problems are discovered from these factors and a few suggestions are offered accordingly.
