摘要
本文以解放军体育学院2003届毕业生为调查对象,调查了学员的"自主择业意识、职业价值趋向、就业心 理压力"等,发现大多数学员"自主择业"意识增强;学员就业心态成多元化分布,但存在一个共同的趋势,就是注重 个体价值的实现;就业压力按照大小排序依次是地方生、军人学员、研究生。
Taking the graduate students of 2003 in PLA Institute of Physical Education as research subjects, the authors of this article has investigated the students' mental status regarding their 'consciousness of self-determination for occupation choices ', 'the value tendency of occupations,' 'mental depress of occupational choices' and so forth, and found that their 'consciousness of self-determination for occupation choices' is strengthened and that although their attitudes toward occupational choices are different in distribution,there seems to be a common tendency, which is a focus of the realization of individual values. At the same time the order of greatness of depress in occupational choices are is as follows: the local graduate students, the military graduate students and the post-graduate students.
