摘要
云南在参与GMS开发方面已取得许多实质性成就但针对越南市场的参与程度较低.本文探讨云南企业以项目形式参与越南发展建设,对滇越进行SWOT分析,研究参与越南市场的项目来源、方式和参与对策,提出了两种新项目开发模式—PROT与FEPCO模式,并对各种项目开发模式下的可参与项目进行分析.
Yunnan obtained substantial achievements in GMS development process, but partook in only few shares of Vietnam markets. The article discusses Yunnan corporations joining Vietnam markets, carries a SWOT analysis, investigates the project sources, project development methods and participation countermeasures, brings forward two new project development methods-PROT and FEPCO, and elaborates participable projects for every method in details.
