摘要
目的探讨术中冷冻切片结合印片病理诊断。方法对168例送检组织在冷冻切片同时,在同一部位印片,HE染色,光镜下观察,并与石蜡切片对照。结果168例良性冷冻切片93例,印片95例;恶性冷冻切片67例,印片62例。冷冻切片诊断准确率95.24%,印片诊断准确率93.45%。可疑冷冻切片、印片均为5例,占2.98%;良恶难定冷冻切片3例,占1.78%,印片6例,占3.57%。误诊2例都为印片良性肿瘤,占1.19%。结论在冷冻切片同时采用印片方法进行病理诊断,有提高对病理诊断的准确性。
Objective To study intraoperative pathological diagnosis by frozen section and cell smear techniques. Methods Frozen sections and cell smears were made from the same part of frozen samples of 168 patients. HE stained smears and paraffin sections were compared microscopically. Results In the 168 cases, there were 93 cases benign lesions found in frozen sections and 95 cases in cell smears, and there were 67 cases malignant elisions found in frozen section and 62 cases in cell smears. There were 5 cases of suspicious malignant lesions with both frozen sections and in cell smears (2.98%), and 3 cases of ambiguous lesions with frozen sections (1.78%) and 6 cases with cell smears (3.57%). The accuracy rate of frozen section diagnosis was 95.24%and that of cell smear diagnosis was 93.45%. The 2 misdiagnosed cases were diagnosed as benign with cell smears (1.19%). Conclusion Diagnosis by frozen sections and smear cytological examination can remarkably improve the accuracy of pathologic diagnosis.
