介绍了一种结构件数控加工制作方法。通过利用结构的三视图和几何(数学)关系建立其展开平面方程,运用Lisp 语言编制其展开程序,从而自动获得展开图(数据),将该图保存为.DXF 文件后导入Nestcut板金排样系统,生成数控代码,将数控代码拷入数控切割机床就能实现数控自动下料。
Introduces a method of processing the structure piece.With the structure piece'drawing and geometry(maths) connection,establish spread plane equation,writes spread program with lisp language,thereby gains spread drawing(data),the drawing is saved as.DXF file form and leaded to the nestcut metallic components systerm,creats numerical control code,it is copyed into numerical control incise machine tool,realizes incise automatically.
